Ten things you can do if life is hard right now

This past week a hurricane whipped through our area of the world. It meant a scary night and a lot of devastation in the morning. When the world already seems a bit in turmoil, it can be hard to handle the next thing. If you are having a tough time trying to deal with it all, here are some things that may help.
